We hereby provide clear public notice that any unauthorized use of our brand identity or any confusingly similar variation will be treated as a serious infringement of our intellectual property rights and an act of unfair competition.
This includes (but is not limited to) using names or marks such as:
“190Plus”, “190+”, “190+Word”, “Word190+”, “190 Plus”, “190+ Papers”, “190+ Model Papers”, “190+ Scholarship”, or any other similar spelling, formatting, symbol-based, or word-based variation designed to mislead customers or create an association with our registered brand “190+Plus”.
Even if a party makes small changes, adds extra words, changes fonts, modifies spacing, or alters symbols, such activity will be considered unlawful if it is deceptively similar, causes public confusion, or attempts to benefit from the reputation and recognition of our registered brand.
We maintain a Zero-Tolerance Policy against piracy, counterfeiting, copying, and misuse of our intellectual property.
The following activities are strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from Potha Publishers & Printers (Pvt) Ltd:
Printing, reprinting, reproducing, or manufacturing our publications, papers, worksheets, books, and educational materials (in full or in part) is strictly prohibited.
Photocopying, scanning, duplicating, reproducing, or converting our materials into digital or printed form is illegal.
Producing, distributing, selling, or promoting counterfeit copies, fake versions, modified versions, or low-quality replicas under our brand identity is strictly prohibited.
Selling or distributing our publications through unauthorized shops, tuition classes, agents, individuals, or online platforms is prohibited.
Uploading, sharing, distributing, reselling, or publishing our content via:
WhatsApp / Telegram
Facebook groups/pages
Websites / cloud links / PDFs
YouTube / online platforms
Any other digital, electronic, or social media method
is strictly prohibited.
Using our registered brand name, logo, mark, certificate copies, design identity, layouts, or any similar representation to mislead customers, impersonate our company, or create fake pages is prohibited.
We actively monitor the physical market and online platforms for infringements.
If any violation is identified, we reserve the right to take immediate legal action without further notice, including but not limited to:
Issuing formal legal notices through attorneys
Filing complaints with relevant authorities
Requesting investigations against illegal printing and distribution
Requesting takedown actions against pirated digital content
Claiming financial compensation for damages and losses
Pursuing all available civil and criminal remedies under Sri Lankan law
No excuses such as “for students”, “for tuition class”, “not for profit”, or “only a few copies” will be accepted.
